1. Instant coating laminating machine
Features: It includes three parts: gluing, drying, and hot pressing, and the operation requirements are high. The quality of the finished product is reliable, but the oily glue will produce harmful gases during processing, which will affect human health, so it has been completely banned in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. Water-based glue is relatively environmentally friendly, but the cost is relatively high.
Scope of application: Widely used in color printing, packaging paper, soft sheets, soft plastic boards, etc. for laminating (over-filming), making their surfaces bright, colorful and waterproof.

2. Pre-coating laminating machine
Features: No gluing and drying parts, small size, low cost, flexible and convenient operation. During laminating, the glue pre-coated on the consumables is melted by heating, and then the film is bonded to the printed matter by pressure. No harmful gases are produced during operation, which is a trend in the development of laminating.
Scope of application: It is suitable for laminating large quantities of printed materials, and also for laminating small quantities and scattered printed materials, such as automated desktop office systems. In addition, it is also widely used in short-run printing and digital quick printing industries.


Disadvantages: The technology is not yet mature in China, and there are some problems to be solved, such as curling of single-sided lamination (there are machines for single-sided anti-curling, but the price is relatively high), and it is difficult to laminate printed materials with silicone oil.
